Return Policy

Synvasive sterile blade products may be returned for credit within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that:

  • An RMA or “Returned Material Authorization” number has been issued by the Global Customer Service Center at Synvasive. Please call Customer Service at 916.939.3913 for all return inquiries.
  • Blades are in saleable condition and sealed sterile in the original Synvasive labeled package.
  • Blades are not designated custom or the subject of a special promotion.

Sterile Saw Blades

Synvasive warranties its saw blades to be sterile and free of defects in material and workmanship through the product expiration date printed on the label when appropriately stored in the original Synvasive labeled packaging. If a blade appears defective prior to or during normal use and service it should be returned, following sterile processing if used in surgery, to Synvasive.

LIBRA™ Dynamic Knee Balancer

Synvasive warranties each instrument in a LIBRA™ Dynamic Knee Balancer set (including the sterile tray) and our ceramic cutting guides to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If an instrument in a LIBRA™ set or a ceramic cutting guide appear defective prior to or during normal use and service it should be returned, following sterile processing if used in surgery, to Synvasive.
